I say fighter.
But it's your choice.

Spearman if you want high attack and hp/mp
Fighter : youll get higher attack later

Spear is only if you will train alot.

they do major damage around 200k at lvl 150-200 but is very hard to train

yeah pages can do high damage on certain monsters that are effected by elements
Spearmans can do mob skills/
While fighters combo

Well they easily fit into a group of mages, so they all work out in parties.
